Experience the same high-quality therapy services with the convenience and flexibility of telehealth. I use a secure platform to ensure your privacy and protection throughout our sessions. Weekly and bi-weekly appointments are available for adults aged 14 and older.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a powerful opportunity for healing through connection, shared experiences, and community support. I offer groups on an intermittent basis, tailored to client interest and needs. If you’re interested in joining or learning more about upcoming groups, please reach out to discuss availability.
