Yes! I do accept private pay options. My private pay hourly rate for individual therapy is $165/ hour. I offer sliding scale options to make services affordable and accessible to those who need it.

If you want to seek counseling at Cinder & Fern and can’t afford services, please don’t hesitate to fill out our financial hardship waiver. I am committed to making my services accessible for all clients. The waiver is available by email, so please reach out.

I have a primary focus on treating OCD, trauma/PTSD, and chronic pain. I utilize ERP, ACT, and I-CBT for OCD; EMDR, IFS, and somatics for trauma; and ACT and PRT for chronic pain. I utilize mindfulness/meditation for all conditions I treat and taking an existential, Eastern Philosophy approach overall.
